MY TIDAL HAIR WAVER ISN'T WORKING AS IT SHOULD, WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We will provide a refund or replacement for faulty products.
1. Contact must be made via email with our support team at contact@tidalhair.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the fault within 90 days of receiving the item.
2. Item may need to be sent back to us, pending the situation, for analysis and investigation. Our customer support team will work with you to rectify any issues, and if appropriate, a refund or replacement will be issued for faulty products.
Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds on change of mind purchases once your order is dispatched. We can provide a store credit if an item is returned back to us in brand new, un-used condition for change of mind reasons.
